The QGA Flak Bash is an annual event that honors D.C.'s most intrepid, daring and verbally agile communicators. Recognizing those on the PR front lines, the "Flak Jacket" award represents the best of the profession-- level-headed, quick on their feet, silver-tongued and tough as nails.
